ACP Magazines & PBL Media: We have been awarded the cleaning of the headquarters of ACP Magazines & PBL Media.
This is a large and prestigious job that offers many demands of our company. We need to work closely with the staff as there are many magazines that have hectic demands and deadlines to meet on site. The executive levels also need special care, attention and timing to suit the needs of our client.
Trains: We now clean the new Millenium trains for EDI Rail. We are responbsible for handovers of new trains to the SRA and also the daily cleaning of the Millenium trains as well as the 10,000 sqr metre maintenance facility.
This is a long-term contract which will continue to grow each month as new trains are built and brought to Sydney.
Ferries: We now clean the Circular Quay and Balmain headquarters of Sydney Ferries. This is a major contract that may extend to the cleaning of the entire fleet!
Sydney Olympics: We successfully cleaned the Tae Kwon Do facility at Strathfield.
Brisbane: We have a branch in Queensland called "CLEANSERVE" which is looking after Chanel 9 (Brisbane) for ACP Magazines. You can contact CLEANSERVE on 0409 247 041.
Health & safety
As part of our on-going training policy, staff (new of job changes) are instructed on issues relating to correct procedures, protective clothing and chemical safety. We also supply chemical safety data sheets in all onsite storerooms. We are strict in the application of this policy and it is in line with current Occupational Health & Safety legislation. We receive annual accreditation of our OHS procedures through a recognised, independent audit.
Chemicals and equipment
Assurance is given that commercial grade cleaning chemicals and equipment are used on all jobs. The maintenance and upgrading of all equipment is carried out on a regular basis.
Insurance
We have "Workers' Compensation" insurance with QBE (Policy #SFM003500GWC) and "Public Liability" insurance to the value of $10,000,000.00 with GIO (Policy #SB002536).
Memberships and resources
We are a member of the I.S.T.M. (Institute of Strata Title Management). One of our directors, Mr Bill Coles, has had over 10 years experience as a board member with I.S.T.M. This membership gives us vast resources and contacts in the Strata and High-rise building fields.
In 2007, Bill Coles was awarded the "Max Dunn Award" in recognition of his services in fostering good will throughout the strata industry.
In 2008, Bill Coles was recognised for outstanding services to the industry over the past 25 years & was awarded the highest award available in The Strata Industry, being the ISTM "Presidents Award".
In addition, key staff and directors have completed the Trades & Services Strata Accreditation courses.
